Privacy policy

DMV Practice USA is designed for account-free learning. This notice explains the limited technical and analytics data used to operate and improve the service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic, page usage, device categories, and referral sources. Google Analytics may set or read analytics identifiers and process technical information such as browser type, approximate location, and interaction events. We do not use the platform to request a name or account from learners.

Learning progress

When an available practice set is started, a secure anonymous-session cookie can keep the attempt connected to the same browser for up to 90 days. The server stores a one-way hash of the session token, attempt answers, scores, and timestamps. The browser may also keep the latest attempt reference in local storage so the learner can return to recent progress.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Technical data is shared with service providers only as needed to host, secure, measure, and operate the site. Expired anonymous sessions are removed automatically. Analytics retention is managed in the connected Google Analytics property.

Choices and contact

Browser controls can block or remove cookies and local storage, although doing so may prevent progress from persisting. Privacy questions can be directed to hello@dmvpracticeusa.com. This notice will be updated when the platform adds materially different data practices.
